GENERAL RULES- You must be 18 years old or older to order a NSFW commission.

> ไม่อนุญาตให้นำงานไปเทรนเอไอทุกกรณีค่ะPAYMENT- mobile banking is the preferred payment method.

- 50% payment upfront, and 50% after final sketch approval
> วางมัดจำครึ่งนึงของราคาเต็มเพื่อจองคิว ในส่วนครึ่งหลังจะเรียกเก็บหลังOn refund ;
- A full refund will be given ONLY when the art has not been started.
No refund will be given once the process has been started.
> ทางนักวาดจะคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนก็ต่อเมื่องานยังไม่ได้เริ่ม ในกรณีที่เริ่มงานแล้วไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ค่ะ- If the art is canceled due to my own inability to finish it, full refund will be given, no matter what state the art is in.
> ในกรณีที่นักวาดไม่สามารถทำงานให้เสร็จได้โดยสาเหตุมาจากตัวนักวาดเอง จะขอคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนให้ ไม่ว่างานจะอยู่ในขั้นตอนไหนก็ตามREVISION
- The number of revisions and revision opportunities available to the client will be determined before the project begins. Any revisions requested beyond the agreed limit will incur additional charges.
> จำนวนครั้งในการแก้ไขงานจะกำหนดก่อนเริ่มงาน หากมีการแก้ไขเกินจำนวนที่กำหนดจะมีการเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมค่ะ- Revisions required due to errors made by the artist will be provided free of charge.
> ในกรณีที่มีเหตุเกิดจากความผิดพลาดจากตัวนักวาดเองจะแก้ไขให้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมค่ะCOPYRIGHT- All commission are NON-COMMERCIAL!
If you plan to use in commercial use, ASK me before commissioning me! an extra x2 will be added to the total price.
> คอมมิชชั่นทั้งหมดถือว่าห้ามใช้ในเชิงพานิชณ์ หากต้องการใช้ในเชิงพานิชณ์จะต้องมีการขอก่อนสั่งคอมมิชชั่น และจะมีการเก็บเงินเพิ่มค่ะ- Any art commissioned from me are NOT allowed to be put for sell or resell for Non-fungible Token (NFT) nor be used to train any generative AI model
Repost is allowed! As long as credit are given!
DO NOT claim the art as your own.
